There isn’t much to write about meditating, but I do meditation daily. The only reason I got into meditating was because of my religion; I’m Buddhist, and as a person who practice Buddhism, we do a lot of meditating. However, when I got older, I realised that meditating didn’t necessarily have anything to do with religion, it was more of an inner-peace sort of tactic.
